Technical support
For an identification problem, include your browser name and version, device type, approximate image format and size, whether the image was uploaded or captured with the camera, and the exact error message. Explain what you expected and what happened.
Do not send a private specimen photo unless we first explain why a limited example is necessary and you choose to provide it. A redacted screenshot or a description of the upload state is often enough to begin troubleshooting.
Billing and refund questions
For billing help, include the account email, plan name, purchase date, and transaction reference. Never email your password, complete payment-card number, card security code, or bank login. Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy.
Privacy, data, and account requests
